It is our misfortune that children, busy youths and some elders have become slaves of bad habits of junk food. The food in which sugar, salt and bad cholesterol are more but vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein are less, is known as junk food. In this extremely bad food, nutrients are scanty and calories is very high. e.g. wafer, chips, artificial cold drinks, various fried food items available in packets, etc.
